MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A memorial service will be held Tuesday for the three young sisters who were murdered in River Falls, Wis., last week.
Eleven-year-old Amara, 8-year-old Sophie and 5-year-old Cecilia Schaffhausen died at their home last week. Their father, Aaron Schaffhausen, is charged with killing them.
Police say Aaron Schaffhausen slashed all three of his girls’ throats. The youngest was also strangled.
The community will come together Tuesday to remember the sisters at 7 p.m. at the Kilkarney Hills Golf Club in River Falls. The visitation begins at 4 p.m.
