MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Twins recently added the Giant Slugger at Target Field. It’s a one-pound, 2-foot-long hot dog covered with nacho cheese and chili and topped with grilled onions and jalapenos.

On Thursday, our very own Matt Brickman competed for WCCO in the Giant Slugger Eating Contest.

The hot dog is supposed to be enough food to feed a family of four and costs $26. Matt gave it his best shot. See how he did in the video above.

Here’s a clue — Matt had to go home a little early because of a sudden illness.
