MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Redwood Falls Police is investigating after a 28-year-old man fell into the Ramsey Falls while trying to take a photo.
Police say the incident was reported around 12:50 p.m. Wednesday. They say the incident appears to be an accident and continues to be investigated.
The man, Enrique Larez, was transported to a Twin Cities hospital for treatment.
Police say he was with friends at the falls when he crossed the fence to take a photo with his phone. Police say his friends say they didn’t witness the fall, but realized he was missing and saw him below the falls.
