APPLE VALLEY, Minn. (WCCO) – Officials with the Minnesota Zoo said Tuesday an endangered Amur tiger cub now has a new home at the Apple Valley zoo.
The new cub was transferred to the Minnesota Zoo from the St. Louis Zoo on July 19. The cub was born on July 1. The cub has been hand-reared since birth.
The Tiger cubs are not currently in exhibit as zoo workers tend to their care, but they can be seen on the Minnesota Zoo’s tiger web cam.
