MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Brandon Roy was a T-Wolf for about a half hour when they selected him in the first round back in 2006, then he was quickly traded for Randy Foye.
Roy had some great years in Portland, but bad knees forced a “retirement” a year ago. Now he’s back, says he’s healthy and the Timberwolves are taking a low risk, high reward approach.
As I found out, Roy can win you over with his personality. We will find out later in the fall, if he can help this team win some games.
