ROSEVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) — The Minneapolis FBI is searching for a bank robber that took an undisclosed amount of cash from the U.S. Bank at a Roseville Byerly’s.
Authorities say the robbery occurred around 1 p.m. Tuesday at the U.S. Bank inside the Byerly’s Grocery Store at 1601 W. County Road C.
The robber approached the teller, gave a note demanding cash and after receiving the money, fled the bank on foot, according to police.
The robber was described as a white man, about 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10 with a medium build and approximately 170 to 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black, baseball cap, a tan, collared short-sleeve shirt and sunglasses.
