MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minneapolis Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a vulnerable adult who is believed to have his 14-month-old child with him.

Police say they are looking for 23-year-old Emmett Dwayne Fields. Officers say his child Dawayne Gossen had lost a lot of weight the last time he was seen by doctors.

Police say the child is in need of medical attention, and they are seeking any help locating the two.

Authorities say they don’t have pictures of the two, but they have been known to reside at 1525 Newton Avenue North, 2105 Bryant Avenue North and 5324 Jersey Avenue North in Crystal.

The only description police gave was that Fields is a black male, and his child is mixed race.
