MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The campaign trail is heating up all across the nation as we get closer to the November elections, and two big names are headed to Minnesota next week.
Current Vice President Joe Biden is expected to hold rallies in Minneapolis and Rochester next Tuesday. That’s just two days before Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney is scheduled to be in the Twin Cities.
Romney is holding a fundraiser in the suburbs on Thursday, which also happens to be the opening day for the Minnesota State Fair. There’s no word yet on if Romney will make a stop at the “Great Minnesota Get-Together.”
