MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A major highway has been closed after an accident caused a significant backup in Eden Prairie, Minn.
Authorities say the accident occurred on Highway 169 near the Anderson Lakes Parkway exit.
Police say a car rear-ended a semi, then hit a traffic light pole, knocking the light out. No serious injuries were reported. The Minnesota Department of Transportation is working to repair the light.
Northbound traffic on 169 is currently being rerouted up the Anderson Lakes Parkway ramp.
