MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The head of Explore Minnesota says the glass is “half full” when it comes to tourism in the state.

John Edman says a survey of hundreds of businesses shows 78 percent are doing better right now compared to this time last year. But in our “Groupon” society,  Edman said those hotels, lodges and attractions are having to deal with customers who want a bargain, which can present challenges for their bottom lines.
