CHIPPEWA COUNTY, Wis. (WCCO) – A Beloit, Wis., man was arrested for his fifth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, says the Wisconsin State Patrol.

According to the patrol, Craig A. Friedrich, 59, was pulled over at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday night at mile post 117 on U.S. 53 in Chippewa County for speeding. He was then arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, and for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
