WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. (WCCO) — Police are on the scene of an accident where a vehicle drove into a house and injured at least one person.
Police say the vehicle, a Chevy Malibu, drove into a home on Otter Lake Road and Pine Pointe in White Bear Lake around 3 p.m. Tuesday.
One person was injured. The driver was arrested. Police are also investigating if alcohol or drugs played a factor in the crash.
Police say the driver went straight into the sun room of the home, where an elderly couple lives. A man sitting in the room was taken to the hospital. His wife went with him.
Police are investigating the situation.
