Jordan Schools Hire Chef To Make Tasty Healthy Dishes
JORDAN, Minn. (WCCO) -- New federal guidelines are changing school lunch menus to reduce calories and include more vegetables. But a lot of kids don't like it. Some even boycotted school lunches. So, administrators in the Jordan school district got the message. They hired a chef to create healthy dishes kids will like.
