MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It’s the middle of December, so it’s time to start thinking about baseball right?
Fresh off Major League Baseball’s winter meetings, the Minnesota Twins will have their tickets for the annual TwinsFest go on sale Tuesday. Tickets for the annual celebration to get fans ready for the baseball season go on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday. It’s a chance for fans to get up close and personal with their favorite players, get autographs and get excited for the baseball season.
Tickets cost $9 for adults and $5 for kids if you buy them in advance. The event goes from Jan. 25-27 at the Metrodome.
The Twins will definitely have a different look in 2013 as outfielders Denard Span and Ben Revere have departed in trades. They were both traded for pitching help, including Vance Worley, who will likely be in the starting rotation this year.
Tickets for TwinsFest can be purchased through the Minnesota Twins web site.
