The crash happened at the intersection of Highway 23 and Lincoln Avenue Southeast, according to St. Cloud Police.

At about 8 p.m., 25-year-old Robert James Baker was walking in the intersection against the red light, police said. A vehicle traveling with a green light struck Baker in the crosswalk.
