According to the charges, Joseph Hocini, of Burnsville, was arrested during a search warrant of the business and two separate residences in the city on Jan. 9.
The Dakota County Drug Task Force executed all three search warrants and found various drug paraphernalia, bags of “420 Cubed,” “Spike Max 3g,” pills, cash and drug notes inside the business.
Agents also found two bags of “Spike Max 3g,” drug notes and a prescription pill bottle with various pills on Hocini.
The pills were identified as oxycodone and hydrocodone.
Agents also found a bag of “Spike Max 3g” and a glass marijuana pipe in the glove box of Hocini’s car plus more drug paraphernalia and other drugs inside Hocini’s home.
Two employees at the business told police they sold synthetic cannabinoids for cash out of the business at Hocini’s request.
