Cops: Missing White Bear Lake Teen Found Safe

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The White Bear Lake teen who had been missing since Thursday has been found OK, as 18-year-old Kyle Christopher Konkler was located in Minneapolis and has been returned to his family, police say.

Konkler had left work at the White Bear Lake Police Department before going missing.

Konkler is on the autism spectrum, but is considered to be a high-functioning young adult. He may have believed that he is in trouble.
