Pedestrian, 55, Struck And Killed In Shoreview

SHOREVIEW, Minn. (WCCO) -- Police are investigating after a woman was struck and killed while walking through an intersection in Shoreview, Minn. Sunday afternoon.

Authorities in Ramsey County say that the 55-year-old victim was a resident of Arden Hills. She was walking through the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Victoria Street at about 3:15 p.m. when she was struck.

The woman, who was not identified by name, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver was said to be cooperating with police.

The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office and State Patrol are working to investigate the incident.
