1 c. cubed ham
3 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 c. sliced carrots
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in 9 x 14 pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until potatoes and carrots are fully cooked.
