Timberwolves Host Workouts For Draft Prospects
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Target Center in downtown Minneapolis will be a busy place Tuesday and Wednesday as the Minnesota Timberwolves will be working out prospects for the NBA Draft.
The Timberwolves currently have the No. 9 pick and the No. 26 pick in the first round of the draft and also have a second round choice. The NBA Draft will be held in June. There will be plenty of local flavor as former Gophers forward Rodney Williams is one of the players who has been invited. Princeton native and Wisconsin post Jared Berggren will also participate.
