New Prague Man Injured By Boat Propeller
NEW PRAGUE, Minn. (WCCO) – A 26-year-old New Prague man was injured by a propeller while being pulled behind a boat on an inflatable tube early Friday evening.
According to the Scott County Sheriff's office, authorities received a report of an injured man at 5:44 p.m. at Cedar Lake in Cedar Lake Township.
When they arrived, they found that the man's leg was injured by the propeller of a 17 foot Larson runabout boat.
The victim was airlifted to North Memorial Medical Center for treatment.
Alcohol was not a factor in the accident. The Scott County Sheriff's office is investigating the case.
