MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 28-year-old Biwabik, Minn. man has been arrested and charged with allegedly flying an ultralight aircraft low over a Bluegrass Festival while intoxicated Thursday, according to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.

At around 9 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office says a man, later identified as Dustin John Calgaro, was flying the plane and buzzing the crowd at the Richmond festival. He eventually landed at the campground.

An investigation by the deputy at the festival indicated Calgaro was under the influence of alcohol.

Calgaro was then arrested and charged with operating an aircraft under the influence of alcohol.
