According to authorities, an elderly man displayed a handgun around 5 p.m. at the bank on the 3200 block of Division Street West, demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount.

The 60 to 70 year old man was described as white, 5-foot-10-inches tall, with grey hair and a scruffy face.

He left the scene with a newer Dodge hatchback, red or maroon in color. He was wearing blue jeans, a long sleeved tan or grey shirt/jacket and a dark colored undershirt.

He was also wearing a dark-colored baseball cap with an unknown logo on the front of it.
