MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Tests show the wolf suspected of attacking a 16-year-old boy over the weekend did not have rabies.

Noah Graham was camping at Lake Winnigoshish Saturday when it happened.

He suffered a large bite wound on his head and is still undergoing rabies treatment.

The DNR trapped and killed a wolf they believed attack Graham, but they are still waiting on the results of DNA tests to be sure.

The campground where the attack happened has since re-opened.
