GRANT COUNTY, Minn. (WCCO) — Police are asking for help in finding an 81-year-old west central Minnesota man who has been missing since Tuesday.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate Orlando Wayne Tollefson, who left Herman, Minn., at 5 p.m. Tuesday and didn’t return to his residence.

Police said he suffers from heart problems, has diabetes and dementia, and is on anti-depressant medication.

The attached photo of Tollefson does not show him having a beard, but now he has a white/gray beard.

He was last seen driving a green 2013 Kia Soul, with a 732JKC license plate number.

Tollefson also lives in Coon Rapids. In June 2013, he moved to Herman to live with his grandson.

If you have any information, call the Grant County Sheriff’s Office at 218-685-8280.
