MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A former Minneapolis police officer was sentenced Friday for sending nude pictures to girls.

Bradley Schnickel pleaded guilty in June to soliciting children to engage in sexual contact. On Friday, he was sentenced to a year in the Hennepin County workhouse in addition to no contact with children (unless approved). He also faces charges in Anoka County where he’s accused of having sex with two underage girls after luring them via social media.

Other conditions of his sentencing include attending sex offender programs, not possessing any pornographic material, and no access to, or use of the Internet, without approval — his Internet use will be monitored by corrections.
