MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Many new parents these days are looking for more meaning in the names they give their babies. Naming babies after celebrities is apparently on the way out.

Naming babies after relatives is in. Particularly after grandparents and great-grandparents.

According to BabyCenter.com, the top boy names of 2013 are Jackson, Aiden, Liam, Lucas and Noah.

Aiden had been the No. 1 name for the past eight years.

The top girl names for this year are Sophia, Emma, Olivia, Isabella and Mia.

This is the fourth year in a row that Sophia has been No. 1.

New names in the top 100 for boys are Caden, Jayce and Muhammad.

New names in the top 100 for girls include Lila, Adalyn, Alaina, Liliana and Keira.
