MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One person is dead after a one-vehicle crash in southern Minnesota Thursday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Authorities responded to the accident at about 7:03 a.m. on Highway 254 just north of the city of Frost. The State Patrol said a 1988 Ford Ranger had rolled over, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was identified as 23-year-old John A. Yahnke of Frost.

The State Patrol said it’s investigating what led up to the crash and that road conditions were dry at the time of the rollover. The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office is assisting the State Patrol with the investigation.
