4 Escape From Blaine House Fire

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities said everyone made it out safely but a home in the north Twin Cities metro suffered extensive damage in a fire early Thursday morning.

Fire crews were called to the 2000 block of 120th Avenue Northeast in Blaine at about 12:30 a.m. When crews arrived, there was smoke and fire showing from the roof. Authorities said four people living in the home made it out safely, and nobody was hurt in the blaze.

The fire did extensive damage to the roof of the home. Authorities said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
