MONTICELLO, Minn. (WCCO) – A 34-year-old man from Monticello was killed when his snowmobile crashed with a pickup truck in Silver Creek Township Saturday afternoon.

According to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at about 2 p.m. on the 13700 block of County Road 75 Northwest.

The driver of the Arctic Cat — Jeffrey Waldstein — collided with a Ford truck being driven by a 27-year-old from Long Prairie. The driver of the truck was backing out of a driveway at the time of the collision.
