UPDATE: St. Paul Police said Fred Horton was found around 3 p.m. Sunday, “safe and warm.”

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing man in St. Paul. Authorities say he may have a medical condition.

St. Paul Police tweeted a photo of 71-year-old Fred Horton, who was last seen early Sunday morning near University and Chatsworth.

They say he could be suffering from a medical condition, which is concerning, especially with the dangerously cold weather.

Anyone with information or who may have seen Horton is asked to call police at 651-291-1111.
