Waite Park Police Search For Armed Robber
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A man robbed a Waite Park gas station Saturday evening with a partially-concealed handgun, according to police.
The robbery happened at the Super America at 29 3rd Street NE at about 9 p.m. The suspect, described as a white man in his 40s, showed the clerk a gun which was partially-covered by an orange glove.
The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money and the clerk's cell phone. He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and approximately 200 pounds. He was wearing a gray zip-up sweatshirt, gray pants and a dark stocking cap with a small brim.
Authorities are asking the public to call Waite Park Police at 320-251-3281 or Tri-County Crime Stoppers if they have any information about this robbery.
