MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A fifth person was booked in connection with the Dinkytown disturbances Saturday night. Michael Conley Juberian, 22, was charged with allegedly being armed with a dangerous weapon and allegedly assaulting a peace officer.

According to the criminal complaint, Juberian was among the individuals throwing bottles at police officers.

Police said after throwing the bottles in his possession, he would run to find more and continue throwing them at officers.

Juberian also is accused of throwing a rock and a chunk of concrete the size of a baseball at police.

Officers said they were eventually able arrest Juberian after using a stun blow.

Juberian faces one felony charge of riot in the second degree armed with a dangerous weapon and one gross misdemeanor charge of fourth degree assault against a peace officer.

If found guilty he could face prison time and thousands of dollars in fines.
