Tickets For Vikings Draft Party On Sale Wednesday
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Vikings announced that tickets for their 2014 NFL Draft Party will go on sale Wednesday, with the draft less than a month away.
The Vikings are hosting their annual draft party at the Minneapolis Convention Center this year. The first round of the NFL Draft is Thursday, May 8. Doors for the party will open at 5:30 p.m., and the draft will start at about 7 p.m.
Minnesota currently has the No. 8 selection in the first round of the draft. Tickets for the draft party are $10 for general admission and can be purchased online through the Vikings web site. Vikings season ticket holders will receive one ticket for every ticket they own with a maximum of four per season-ticket holder.
The event will feature current and former Vikings players and a chance for fans to get autographs. Most exciting will be when the Vikings are on the clock with the No. 8 pick and select their top draft choice.
