MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A toddler is recovering after being pinned under a tractor near Rochester Friday morning, according to the Olmsted County Sheriff’s office.

The 2-and-a-half-year-old boy was sitting on his grandfather’s lap on a Kubota tractor while he was grading his driveway on the 300 block of 60th Avenue Southwest.

The boy fell off and was trapped underneath just before 10:45 a.m.

Rescuers were able to free the boy, who was taken to an area hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
