Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1 head Red cabbage, shredded
2 Carrots, shaved with a vegetable peeler
1/4 cup JFC roasted sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon Kadoya Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Kikkoman Mirin
1 Tablespoon Three Crabs Brand Fish Sauce
1-2 Tablespoon Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1/3 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup JFC Black Sesame Seeds

Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and herbs.
2. In a separate medium bowl whisk together the liquid ingredients for the dressing. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly distributed.
3. Sprinkle with the black sesame seeds.
Note: If you are making this ahead of time, keep the dressing separate until ready to serve to prevent wilting.
