MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities said an arrest has been made in the case of a Foley man who was found shot to death near a St. Cloud auto dealership in March.

Officers with the Benton County Sheriff’s Department found the body of 31-year-old Jamie Wylie March 25 on the side of County Road 75 in St. Cloud near the Luther Honda dealership. Wylie had been missing since last December.

Authorities said 25-year-old Travis McKinney of St. Cloud was arrested at about 10:15 p.m. Thursday in rural Stearns County near Avon in connection with Wylie’s shooting death. McKinney was booked into the Benton County Jail and is awaiting his first court appearance.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by multiple agencies in the investigation, which remains active and ongoing.
