St. Paul Outdoor Pools Set To Open This Weekend

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – While Memorial Day weekend marks the unofficial start of summer, it also can mark the start of pool season in Minnesota if it’s warm enough.

With high temperatures looking to be around 80 for most of the holiday weekend, the City of St. Paul announced its public pools are ready to open. Officials said Como Regional Park Pool and the Highland Aquatic Center will both open on Saturday for the season.

The Como Regional Park Pool will be open for lap swimming from 9:30 a.m. 1o 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday. Open swimming will go from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday.

The Highland Park Aquatic Center will be open for lap swimming from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday through Monday. The open swim hours will be from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
