Wild Add RW Joel Rechlicz, With 2-Way Deal

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- The Minnesota Wild have agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract with right wing Joel Rechlicz.

The deal was announced Wednesday. The 27-year-old has played in 26 NHL games, but none since 2012. Rechlicz played last season in the AHL.

Rechlicz is the third player the Wild have done a two-way deal with since free agency began Tuesday. They also agreed on two-way contracts with defenseman Stu Bickel and center Brett Sutter, other players likely to bounce between the Wild and AHL affiliate Iowa this season. The Wild also signed defenseman Guillaume Gelinas Tuesday to an entry-level deal out of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

However, the big move by the Wild was signing left wing Thomas Vanek on Tuesday to a three-year contract.
