Housing Project For Homeless Youth Raises Concerns In Edina
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Edina City Hall was packed Wednesday night over a proposed apartment complex.
The 66 West Apartments would provide housing to young adults who have experienced homelessness. The project has plenty of supporters, but it has also raised concerns about safety.
