Coleman Calls For Review After Arrest Video Appears On YouTube

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman is calling for a review after video of an arrest was made public.

Chris Lollie (pictured above) shot a video as St. Paul Police arrested him in a skyway in January. It was posted to YouTube this week. (Warning: the video is graphic.)

Lollie said he refused to give officers his name, because he hadn't done anything wrong.

Police say they tasered him after he pulled away and resisted orders.

In a statement, Coleman said the video raises a great deal of concern.

He plans to meet with leaders of the African-American community and the St. Paul Police Department to talk about the incident next week.
