Car Pursued By Police Hits House In St. Paul
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – Authorities say a vehicle being pursued by police crashed into a house in St. Paul early Wednesday morning.
Police said the car crashed into the front of a brick house on the 1300 block of Dale Street, but did not cause significant damage. The incident started when officers in the area spotted a vehicle that matched the description of one involved in a burglary. An officer started following the car, a pursuit started and the vehicle ended up hitting the front of the house, police said.
Authorities said one person in the car was taken to Regions Hospital with a leg injury. They are looking for another person who was believed to be in the car. Nobody in the house was injured.
The incident remains under investigation.
