After ATV Crash, Stearns County Boy Found Unresponsive
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A juvenile who crashed his ATV was found unresponsive Thursday in Stearns County.
A passerby found the boy lying at the end of his driveway at around 4:15 p.m. on Tristan Road in Millwood Township, about one mile northwest of Freeport.
The boy had a "significant injury," according to the Stearns County Sheriff's Office.
He was taken to Centra Care Hospital in Melrose and airlifted to the St. Cloud Hospital.
The Stearns County Sheriff's Office, Melrose Police Department, Melrose Ambulance and Freeport Fire responded to the incident.
Police are investigating the incident.
