Massage Envy Faces Lawsuit Over Prepaid Massage
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A popular chain massage business now faces a class-action lawsuit.
A lawsuit, filed in California, challenged how the company handles prepaid massages. It claims when clients cancel membership, they're unable to redeem unused massages that they're entitled to.
The suit is asking for customers to be compensated.
Massage Envy has 24 locations in Minnesota.
