New Book Alerts Women To Health Problems They May Be Ignoring

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Life can get busy and we might not always take the time to take care of ourselves.

This can become serious when we don't even notice symptoms of a health problem.

Dr. Beth Westie decided to call attention to this problem and wrote a book for women called "STOP You Day: When Your Health Should Come Before Your Schedule."

She stopped by WCCO 4 News at Noon to chat about her book and about how women can take more time to focus on themselves.
