Study: The Optimal Time For Coffee Is 9 A.M.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Coffee is a part of many people's morning routine.

But a new study states you should wait at least an hour to get your first cup.

That's because when get up, our body is already producing cortisol to naturally wake up, so that lessens the effects of caffeine.

Researchers found the most optimal time to have your first cup of coffee is 9 a.m.
