Car Slams Into House In West St. Paul

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- A police chase ended in West St Paul, with the car crashing into a home. It happened at the corner of Andrews and Curtice Streets.

Carnecia Armstrong lives in the house next door.

"It was just a loud crash." Armstrong said.

She said her fiancé was sleeping at the time.

"It was scary," she said.

She started yelling and screaming and came out to find the neighbor's house damaged.

"It's a real mess," she said.

The driver of the car fled the scene, but apparently dropped his driver's license, and so police do know who he is. No word yet on what started the chase.
