Sunday Growler Sales Now Allowed In St. Paul

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Buying alcohol on Sunday is now easier in St. Paul.

Starting Sunday, you can buy growlers -- those 64-ounce containers -- from St. Paul's craft breweries and brewpubs starting as early as 8 a.m.

In May, lawmakers passed a law allowing growler sales on Sundays.

Minneapolis, Rochester, Duluth and St. Cloud are among other cites who have also approved Sunday growler sales.
