Police: 2 In Custody After Assault On I-694
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Two people are in custody after an apparent assault along Interstate 694 in Arden Hills.
According to police, officers were called to the area just west of Snelling Avenue in I-694 around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Investigators are giving few details about what happened but told the Pioneer Press a knife was found at the scene and a victim was taken to an area hospital.
Two male suspects fled into a wooded area off the freeway. They were found, and apprehended, about an hour later.
Police said the victim and the suspects knew each other.
