Semitrailer Hauling Cattle Overturned On I-94
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A major highway saw some traffic Friday morning after an unusual crash.
According to an accident report from the Minnesota State Patrol, a semitrailer hauling some 35 head cattle overturned on I-94 in Stearns County.
Officer say the truck was traveling west on the highway when it ran off the road and into the center median near milepost 162, rolling on its side and taking out a few hundred feet of cable barrier.
Due to the nature of the crash, the State Patrol says not all of the cattle are salvageable.
